Company and account
When a company creates an account we may collect:
- Company name, logo, public slug, and area
- Contact details you choose to publish, such as WhatsApp or phone
- Account names and email addresses for owners and staff
- Subscription and billing records needed to charge the plan
Vehicles and listings
Companies may add:
- Vehicle details (brand, model, year, specifications, photos)
- Rent listings (rates and rental terms) or sale listings (asking price and related terms)
- Listing status such as draft, active, withdrawn, expired, or sold
Marketplace and technical data
When someone browses roaden.ai or uses the dashboard we may collect limited technical data such as browser and device type, language, and basic request logs. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.

- Operate the marketplace, company pages, and dashboard
- Index published listings for search and public pages on roaden.ai
- Provide support and account notices
- Process subscriptions and prevent abuse
We do not sell your information. We do not use listing or account data to run third-party advertising.
4. Public and private information
If you publish a listing or company page, that public content can appear on roaden.ai — including vehicle photos, prices you choose to show, company name, and contact details.
- Draft, withdrawn, and some expired listings are not shown as live inventory
- Account passwords, staff permissions, and billing details stay private to the company account
People browsing the marketplace do not need an account. Their searches are used to return results, not to build an advertising profile.
6. Storage and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including access controls and industry-standard hosting practices.
No system is completely secure. We work to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-party services
Blend Lab uses trusted providers for hosting, file storage, and subscription payments. They process data only to provide those services to Roaden.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may:
- Access or correct account information
- Ask us to delete a company account and associated private data
- Ask questions about how Roaden uses information
Public listings you chose to publish may already have been viewed or cached. We will remove live listings from roaden.ai when you unpublish them or when an account is closed, subject to legal retention needs.
